TRADEMARK - APPLE
We all are well acquainted with the half
eaten apple logo. This logo belongs to one of the well known name in the
consumer electronics, personal computer, server etc.
The company was the outcome of the hard work
of two steves namely Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs. They wanted to make user
friendly computers. With this vision they started working in the garage of
Steve jobs. They came up with a company and jobs named it Apple after coming
back from an Apple farm. That is how today’s tech giant Apple Inc came into
picture.
For more than three decades the company
started manufacturing computers. The computers were manufactured by Steve
Wozniak with his own hands. Some of the most famous computers include Apple II,
Machintos, Power Mac lines etc. The company later on went to introduce iPod
music player in 2001 and iTunes Music store. Apple got worldwide recognition
and fame through iPhone, iPods and Macbook.
The company has its own share of ups and
downs. Steve Jobs left Apple due to his difference of opinion between the then
CEO Sculley. However, he returned again as the interim CEO, where he later on
became the CEO and served as CEO until August 2011. Under the leadership of
Steve Jobs “Apple” entered into partnership with Microsoft, they developed iMac
and many more. Apple believes in employing some of the best brains in their
board as a result of which Apple Inc owns many patents in multiple
jurisdictions.
A dream of two youngsters has today become a
reality with their hardwork, dedication and sincerity. Today Apple products are
considered as luxury products. Although today Steve Jobs is no more, his legacy
continues with his company. Today on the eve of Apple turning 41, we Lex
